LB Education places great importance on recruiting the best and most enthusiastic teachers. We want to recruit teachers with drive who want to help improve supply teaching standards in the classroom. If you are a flexible, energetic and positive individual, LB Education is keen to hear from you. Calling all NQTs
If you are currently a student just finishing your final practise we can offer you the road to your successful first post. We support NQTs in introductions to schools. Last year we placed 80% of newly registered teachers into their first posts throughout the academic year. We provide a great opportunity for NQTS to gain experience of different schools within Gloucestershire and earn at the same time.
Clearance procedures
All of our supply teachers are fully vetted and interviewed face-to-face. As part of that stringent process we will request:
• The names of two referees • CRB check in line with DfES guidelines • Evidence of all qualifications including teaching certificates • Eligibility to work in the UK/visa check • Written evidence that your qualifications have been checked by the National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) • CV gaps/career breaks • Two passport sized photos for identification
