How we work
After registering
with LB Education we will contact your school personally to
fully investigate your school’s requirements. This will
help us match our individual teacher’s qualities with
your particular classroom dynamics. Once assigned we endeavour
to keep teacher selection consistent so that children, staff
and supply teachers flourish.

Our commitment to you
All of our supply teachers are fully vetted and interviewed
face-to-face. As part of that stringent process we will request:
• At least two written references
• CRB check in line with DfES guidelines
• Evidence of all qualifications including teaching
certificates
• Eligibility to work in the UK/visa check
• Written evidence that your qualifications have been
checked by the National
Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC)
• CV gaps/career breaks
